Fleet Dispatcher/Controller - Supply Chain IndustryLocation: Wellington, Cape TownJob Type: Permanent, Full TimeSalary: R15 000Duties & ResponsibilitiesOur Logistics Client is currently seeking a Fleet Dispatcher / Controller.Effectively manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the drivers and vehicles within the business to maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring their vehicles arrive to collect and drop off per schedule, ensuring that all load details are captured on TMS on time.Ideally Fluent in Xhosa.Requirements:Matric3 years of transport/fleet controller experienceOther proven experience in fleet managementStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentResponsibilities:Coordinate and monitor daily transport activities, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goodsManage vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulationsTrack fleet location using GPS systems, optimizing routes for efficiencyLiaise with drivers and clients to address any issues or concerns promptlyPrepare and maintain accurate transport records and reportsPlease take note: if you have not been contacted within 14 days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
