Job Reference: PTA002931-JB-1The Fleet Controller will be responsible for fleet management and monitoring, ensuring that each vehicle reaches its production and diesel targets, maintaining constant communication with drivers and the team, administering and controlling the daily attendance of drivers, and assisting in the capturing of data.Duties & ResponsibilitiesRequirementsSenior Certificate.Code B driver's license & own transport. Required to travel from time to time.Available after business hours & during weekends.Key Performance IndicatorsProduction & diesel targets are met.Fleet management system is monitored & managed.Communication with drivers & team is maintained.Data is captured accurately.Documents and reports are submitted accurately and as per deadlines.Vehicle maintenance issues are communicated, and vehicle services are planned & scheduled.Capabilities & CompetenciesExcellent communication & relationship building skills.Excellent organizing & prioritizing skills.Ability to work systematically, methodically & orderly to achieve goals consistently.Computer literate (MS Office).Ability to work long hours & under pressure.Enthusiastic, committed, and willing to put in longer hours when necessary.Ability to plan activities in advance and adapt to changing circumstances.Effective time management skills.Logistical experience (bulk cross border tipper) will be an advantage.Note: We ONLY accept online applications.
