Duties & Responsibilities REQUIREMENTSSenior Certificate.Code B driver's license & own transport. Required to travel from time to time.Available after business hours & during weekends.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORSProduction & diesel targets are met.Fleet management system is monitored & managed.Communication with drivers & team.Data is captured accurately.Documents and reports are submitted accurately and as per deadlines.Vehicle maintenance issues communicated. Vehicle services are planned & scheduled.CAPABILITIES & COMPETENCIESExcellent communication & relationship building skills.Excellent organising & prioritising skills.Ability to work in a systematic, methodical & orderly manner in order to achieve goals on a consistent basis.Computer literate (MS Office)Ability to work long hours & work under pressure.Accepting & tackling demanding goals with enthusiasm, hard workmanship, commitment & willingness to put in longer hours when necessary.Ability to plan activities in advance andtake account of possible changing circum- stancesAbility to manage time effectivelyLogistical experience (bulk cross border tipper) will be an advantage.NOTE: We ONLY accept online applications.
