Fleet ControllerEstablished Logistics Company is currently seeking to employ a Fleet Controller to join their team.You will be responsible for fleet management and monitoring, ensuring that each vehicle reaches its production and diesel targets, constant communication with drivers and team, administering and controlling the daily attendance of drivers, assisting in the capturing of data. Daily Speeding ReportsRequirements:Senior CertificateDrivers license and own transportWill be required to travel from time to timeBe available after business hours and during weekendsKey performance indicators:Production and Diesel targets are metFleet management system is monitored and managedCommunication with drivers and teamData is captured accuratelyDocuments and reports are submitted accurately and as per deadlinesVehicle maintenance issues communicatedVehicle services are planned and scheduledCapabilities & Competencies:Excellent communication and relationship building skillsExcellent organising and prioritising skillsAbility to work in a systematic, methodical and orderly manner in order to achieve goals on a consistent basisComputer literate (MS Office)Ability to work long hours and work under pressureAccepting and tackling demanding goals with enthusiasm, hard workmanship, commitment and willingness to put in longer hours when necessaryAbility to plan activities in advance and take account of possible changing circumstancesAbility to manage time effectivelyLogistical experience (bulk cross boarder tipper) - advantageous*Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted*Job Type: Full-timePay: From R13000,00 per monthEducation:Certificate (Preferred)Application Deadline: 2024/05/01#J-18808-Ljbffr
