Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance of operational resources (drivers, vehicles and equipment)Manage operational activities related to fleet management and documentation (preventive and corrective maintenance routine; fuel consumption; cost management; quotes; inventory and maintenance of stock of parts, tires; documentation of drivers, vehicles, and equipment)Support operational activities related to the workshop routine (mechanical, electrical, tire repair services) and achieve operational performance indicatorsEnsure compliance with legislation and maintenance of safe working conditions for freight forwarders, drivers, and forklift operatorsMaintain customer relationshipsDevelop relationships with transport providers that align with company and client needsPerform related activities as requested by superiorsStrictly comply with all procedures, standards, and specifications of the company and clientsCorrectly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the companyCommit to operational goals defined with the client, DPO/VPO, and Excellence ProgramDemonstrate personal and professional behavior compatible with the roleEnsure the conservation of the company's assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities)Desired Experience & QualificationsQualification or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management3 - 5 years experience in Fleet ControlProficient in MS OfficeExperience in the transportation industryAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsQuantitative abilityExceptional interpersonal skills
