A vacancy exists for a Fleet Administrator stationed at our Westmead / Pinetown office.The main purpose of this position is to perform a full capturing and reconciling function.Key Performance Areas:Reviewing the outstanding Service reports on GreenfleetRerouting of the finesManagement of the licence renewals proactivelyTracking the standing vehicles on a weekly basis and sending report to the General ManagerManagement of the warranty workOverseeing the driver training processManagement of the fleet on the asset registersAnalysing the fuel reports – Route VS consumptionManaging the vehicle repairs and fuel budgetsReviewing of the vehicle tracking reportsReviewing of the weekly vehicle inspection reportsSupporting finance department and the fleet managerQualifications, experience and other competencies Matric Certificate.Strong command of EnglishStrong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and professionallyGood interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to liaise professionally with personnel at all levelsHighly motivated and enthusiasticMust be able to work under pressureOwn transport is essentialProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, SAP as well as ExcelWe reserve the right not to make an appointment to any advertised position.
