Fleet Administrator – Head Office
Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
Purpose:
The Fleet Administrator is responsible for administrating documentation pertaining to the planning and execution of workshop repairs. They manage registration and communication between branches.
Requirements:

Matric
5 Years Fleet experience
Administration and organisational skills
Reliable and trustworthy
Must be a team player and adapt to change easily
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills (Proficient in English & Afrikaans)
Fully computer literate

Key Performance Areas:

Record Insurance claims
Completing claim documents
Liaise with the HR department regarding AOD and insurance claims
Record fines
Follow up on AOD's
Capture and manage documents on Tyre Module
Load all job cards onto key fleet
Capture all fleet expenses
Scan invoice onto key fleet
Update all inventory items on key fleet
Assist the Senior fleet administrator when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Experience:

Fleet: 5 years (Preferred)
