Job Responsibilities: General: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
)High attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood understanding of Road Transport Law, particularly traffic fines managementExperience with Mixtelematics tracking system (an advantage)Assist with fleet-related issues as requiredAdministrative Duties: Manage tracking system (Mixtelematics), including updates, driver ID tags, and contact detailsHandle procurement tasks by obtaining quotations and managing monthly contract paymentsCompile and submit fleet-related reports as neededOversee installation, de-installation, and repairs of tracking unitsCompile weekly reports on private kilometers traveled by internal staff-owned vehiclesConduct load tests for cranes and forkliftsPerform daily checks on traffic fines from relevant municipalitiesRecord and track traffic fines, ensuring drivers are informed and reports are submitted for HR deductionsArrange and follow up on traffic fine payments and redirectionsMaintain records and files after fines are processedRequirements: Matric (Grade 12)Valid driver's licenseSelf-motivated with strong time management and task prioritization skillsExcellent communication skills for internal staff and supplier interactionsProficient in MS Office, particularly ExcelExperience with Sage Evolution softwareStrong attention to detailHonest, reliable, and willing to work after hours (including Saturdays) when necessaryMonthly stock take involvement
