Job Title: Fleet AdministratorLocation: Midrand Commercial and FireJob Type: Full-timePosition Summary:The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, inventory, tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records of all company vehicles, including registration, insurance, and maintenance historySchedule and coordinate regular maintenance and repairs for all fleet vehiclesTrack and report on fuel usage, mileage, and other key performance indicatorsMonitor and manage inventory levels of supplies and equipment for fleet vehiclesCoordinate vehicle replacements and disposals as neededEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to fleet operationsDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providersProvide support and assistance to fleet drivers as needed, including management of traffic finesQualifications and Experience:Matric2+ years of experience in fleet management or a related fieldProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management softwareCompliance with policies and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and best practicesEnsure all vehicles are licensed on time
