Fixed Term Picnic Attendant

Key Responsibilities:Prepare and set up picnic areas for guests, including arranging seating, picnic baskets, and any additional items requested.Greet guests upon arrival and provide information about the picnic setup and surrounding areas.Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all picnic sites before and after use.Deliver picnic hampers and food orders, ensuring timely and accurate service.Monitor picnic areas to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.Provide assistance with any special requests, dietary requirements, or additional services.Help organize and support outdoor events or group picnics as needed.Report any maintenance or safety issues to the management team.Assist with inventory management and ensure supplies are well-stocked.Requirements:Previous experience in hospitality, outdoor service, or event management is a plus but not required full training provided.Strong customer service skills with a warm, approachable personality.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.A love for nature and outdoor activities.Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.If you are passionate about hospitality and want to be part of a vibrant team, please send us your CV.
