Fixed Term Hotel Pool Attendant

Key Responsibilities:Greet guests and assist with any poolside needs, including providing towels, setting up sunbeds, and offering information about the facilities.Monitor the pool area to ensure safety, including enforcing pool rules and responding to any emergencies.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the pool, including tidying sunbeds, umbrellas, and poolside furniture.Regularly check pool chemicals and temperature to ensure they meet safety standards.Provide friendly and attentive service, ensuring all guest queries and requests are handled promptly.Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the management team.Assist in setting up and breaking down any poolside events or activities.Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential full training will be provided.Strong customer service skills and a positive, approachable attitude.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Lifeguard certification or the ability to complete certification prior to the start date (preferred).A strong team player with excellent communication skills.Basic knowledge of pool maintenance and safety procedures (desirable).If you are passionate about hospitality and want to be part of a vibrant team, please send us your CV.
