Fitter & Turner - Industrial Manufacturing

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Fitter & Turner to join our client's team in the industrial manufacturing sector.

As a Fitter & Turner, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and fabrication of components for heavy machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment Fabricate components for breakdowns and planned maintenance tasks Operate and maintain precision measuring equipment Setup and operate various machines, such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders Perform drilling and machining tasks Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the workshop Adhere to safety and quality standards Requirements Grade 12 N4 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering Fitter & Turner Trade Test Certificate 5 - 10 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment Strong knowledge and experience in operating machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Excellent problem-solving skills Attention to detail and quality Benefits Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
