QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL QUALITIES/SKILLS Matric (Grade 12) plus Mechanical Trade Test Certification.
2-3 years' experience in a Heavy Industrial Environment.
Must be able to pay Attention to Details and be Approachable, Positive Attitude and Self-Motivated.
  MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB Interprets and Co-Ordinates Specific Pre-Work/ Site Requirements with Regards to Installation, Repairs, Planned, Predictive Maintenance Sequences and Guides the Activities of Personnel.
Maintains Compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.
Applies Technical Procedures and Application Requirements to Address Mechanical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Maintenance and Service Requirements.
Monitors Operating Condition and Attends to and Corrects Functional Problems/ Deviation in Mechanical, Pneumatic or Hydraulic System Performance.
Executes Technical Applications Associated with the Installation of New Mechanical Plant and Equipment.
Participates and Executes Technical Activities during Projects, Plant Improvements and Upgrades.
Completes Internal Transactional Documentation e.g.
Timesheets, Log Sheet, Progress and Productivity Field Report, Inspection Checklist etc.
Be Available for Standby Duties.
