We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent and authentic in everything we do.Key Responsibilities: Assemble Horizontal units and Vertical bearing unit for pumpsDo fault finding on bearings assemblies and give daily feedback on performanceEnsure quality and work standard of workmanship is maintained.Complete bearing assembly and pump units, inspect units to comply with the quality standards and sign off on required documentsMonitor the technical bearing and assembly and finishing of pumps unitsResponsible for safety when working with equipmentMeet daily targetsAssist in the development and implementation of quality improvements initiatives that seeks to address all quality related queries and concernsRequired to work overtime when necessaryAdherence of all HSE and housekeeping requirements.
( 6S)Adhere to Duty of Care Policy at all timesJob Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:Education and/or Experience:Trade test certificate with a minimum of 3 years' experience in pumps to overhaul and maintain.College or technical school qualification and able to read and interpret drawings; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Language Skills:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Mathematical:Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
