The incumbent must uphold our promise to clients that we go beyond the expected.Duties & Responsibilities:Manage and maintain all allocated resources:Vehicle: Cleanliness, Traffic offences, RoadworthinessTools: Safekeeping of tools are good and serviceableStock: Complete stock take, Resolve all missing stockCell Phone: Devices are operational, Monitor data usageUniform: Maintain uniform, Ensure clean and presentable as per PsiraComplete on the job coaching with technicians where requiredAttend to all complaints when requiredOffer product support onsite and remotely, Dealing with technical and client queriesAssist with fitments when requiredComplete hardware installations to the highest quality and within the required timelinesRepair, Maintain and Installation of Tracking SystemsAssist with technical evaluations and repairsImplement new fitment techniques (OEM fitment guideline requirement implementation)Specialised fitment techniquesEnsure that personal hygiene is maintained (as per PSIRA)Company uniform in good conditionEnsure familiarity and adherence to applicable company policies and proceduresAttend and take initiative to develop own skillsProviding comprehensive feedback to internal role playersMinimum qualifications and experience:MatricClear Criminal RecordTrade test in motor electrical electronics or similar preferredAt least 6-10 years' experience in the fitment of vehicle tracking equipmentAttributes:Action orientatedProblem Solving
