Reporting to: Technical Manager
Overall purpose of the job: To manage and maintain quality within Fidelity Secure Drive. Maintain and resolve customer-related issues. Present and defend Fidelity Secure Drive all fitment related issues where required. To contribute daily to our mission of earning the reputation that we provide all our clients and partners with superior quality technology and information supported by first-rate service. The incumbent must uphold our promise to clients that we go beyond the expected.
Duties & Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all allocated resourcesVehicle:CleanlinessTraffic offencesRoadworthinessTools:Safekeeping of tools are good and serviceableStock:Complete stock takeResolve all missing stockCell Phone:Devices are operationalMonitor data usageUniform:Maintain uniformEnsure clean and presentable as per PsiraComplete on-the-job coaching with technicians where requiredAttend to all complaints when requiredOffer product support onsite and remotelyDealing with technical and client queriesAssist with fitments when required:Complete hardware installations to the highest quality and within the required timelinesRepair, maintain, and installation of Tracking SystemsMaintain fitment qualityAssist with technical evaluations and repairsImplement new fitment techniques (OEM fitment guideline requirement implementation)Specialized fitment techniquesEnsure that personal hygiene is maintained (as per PSIRA):Company uniform in good conditionEnsure familiarity and adherence to applicable company policies and proceduresAttend and take initiative to develop own skillsProviding comprehensive feedback to internal role playerMinimum qualifications and experience: MatricDriver's license (code B)Clear Criminal RecordPsira Grade CTrade test in motor electrical electronics or similar preferredAuto-electricians qualification advantageousAt least 6-10 years' experience in the fitment of vehicle tracking equipmentAttributes: Action orientatedGood fault finding skillsAttention to detailProblem Solving
