First Line Technical Support

A well-established company based in Irene is seeking a First Line Technical Support.Duties:Logging Support Calls on Manage Engine Service Desk (ticketing system).Assisting Customers with First Line Support Issues on VSAT, Fibre, LTE, etc.Requirements:Proven work experience as a First Line Support Technician or Helpdesk Support Technician.Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar role.Must have knowledge of networking and wireless technologies.Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite as well as an ITIL based call logging program.Certification in A+ N+ or relevant field (advantageous).A tertiary qualification in A+ or N+ or relevant field.Competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.A positive attitude and strong work ethic.Customer Service oriented.Professional.Willingness to expand knowledge.A team player with high level dedication.Ability to work under strict deadlines.Computer Literacy:MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
