Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as pa inting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
Inspect buildings and equipment for potential maintenance issues and address them promptly.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance projects.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and update maintenance schedules as needed.
