Job Purpose


Coordinate production plan & new launches from multiple P2P contract manufacturing sites International and Domestic in order to ensure seamless supplies, operations & achieve production / launch targets in line with defined quality & time standards. Also, lead commercial negotiation with the vendors for the P2P operations.




Accountabilities



Monitor and co-ordinate the production plan to achieve productivity targets as per schedule.
Evaluate & ensure execution of New Launch projects to meet market requirements.
Initiate & Monitor start-up of new Contract manufacturing site to meet increase in market requirements.
Investigate Market Complaint / inspection jointly with the team and CMO through root cause analysis to resolve critical issues in a timely manner.
Prepare and submit deviation/change control in the system for further approval to make the required changes in the document or share observations at CMS with Third Party QA.

Education Qualification


Grade 12/ Matric/ Equivalent
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in:

Mechanical Engineering
Industrial Engineering
BPharm
Bachelor of Commerce
Finance
Supply Chain

Or any other related qualification.




Relevant Work Experience


2 – 4 years' experience in Pharmaceutical, FMCG or other Manufacturing Industry.
Experience in Subcontracting, Contract Manufacturing Management, and Procurement.
