Finished Goods Warehouse Manager

Requirements:National Senior Certificate (Minimum)3+ years relevant experience in supervisory managementWorking knowledge of SAP, Excel and WordResponsibilities:Co-ordination of production, loading and transportCapture all outward movements of CHEP pallets (THAN & PCN); monitor CHEP pallet stock level and re-order as necessary; conduct regular stock countsEnsure finished goods store is run in accordance with plant policies and proceduresConduct monthly stock take for finished goods maintaining a minimum level of stock differenceArrange third party transport for long distance deliveriesResponsible for management and organisation of permanent staff in reporting structure.Ensure that workplace safety standards are met and that appropriate safety clothes, shoes, hearing protection, etc are used.Coordinate with other departments to ensure that flow of production is maintained.Communicate daily with team members and Sales Co-OrdinatorPrinting of picking lists and invoicing during periods of absence of Sales Co-Ordinator.Suitable candidate must have good interpersonal skills at all levels, have good problem-solving skills.
