The total base pay for this position is between R20,000/month and R25,000/month and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training. What you will do:This position coordinates the flow of documentation from the office to the agents and other real estate companies involved in the contract. It requires maximum attention to detail and high organizational skills. This person must give high attention to the details of the contract and the flow of information.
Searches Listing File for contract DocumentationSolely responsible for the accuracy of processing the deal files from the time the deal is entered to closingConfirms that all required documentation are uploadedFollows up with agents for missing itemsFollows Transaction procedure as outlined by the Team Lead in appropriate platformsTransaction reportingConfirms commissions with other brokerageSends transaction docs to lawyer or other officials, as necessaryPrints Weekly/Monthly List of Contracts Closing and follows up on outstanding itemsReports outstanding issues to Agents and Designated Managing BrokerCreates invoices for paymentsCompletes weekly flash reports as they pertain to the number of sales and listings on a weekly basisTeaches how to use local transaction platformProvides other transaction and agent details reporting as requiredAnswers Hubspot tickets in a timely mannerAssists with the monthly newsletterHow you will grab our attention:Education:GraduateKnowledge and Skills Requirements:1+ years of experience in real estate back end transactions processing requiredKnowledge of Real Estate transaction legal documentation strongly preferredBasic knowledge of the local Real Estate Transaction requirements & RERA guidelinesKnowledge of ExcelMust be responsible, dependable, and trustworthyTask-oriented, organized, pays attention to details, follows systems, team-workerAbility to build relationships with agents, conveyors, notaries, Designated Managing BrokerWorks well under time restraintsEEO Statement:We believe strongly in the value of diversity and creating supportive, inclusive environments where our colleagues can succeed.
