SGS Matrocast is seeking to fulfill key roles as Civil Engineering Site Laboratory Managers. The role requires the incumbent to manage a site laboratory. He/She will be responsible for all laboratory-related tasks, on-site laboratory tasks, and the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of our quality systems.
The Laboratory Manager will ensure that the laboratory functions smoothly, with excellent quality of service, saving manpower costs, which contribute to accuracy, productivity, and profitability. This includes ensuring all equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly and that materials testing is completed in all laboratory divisions, including soils, asphalt, seals, concrete, and aggregate with bench calculations as required.
The Laboratory Manager will ensure that the laboratory is clean at all times and will carry out all work-related instructions from authorized personnel.
