Experience: Must have working experience as a Senior Electrical Automation Controls Engineer with very Strong Management skills - essentialSkills: Proficient in PLC, HMI, and TroubleshootingStrong soft skills, initiative, and math skillsExperience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens ProgrammingPLC programming using TIA (Total Integrated Automation) SIMATIC's Manager, WinCC, C/C++ softwareResponsibilities: Redesign a high-pressure hydraulic hydroforming machine with Computer Hydraulic servo control on a PLC CompactLogix controlled systemCreate project drawings using AutoCAD or SolidWorks including Electrical schematics and panel layoutsProject Management, Estimating, Purchasing, Panel Design, PLC & HMI Programming & Networking, Commissioning & Start UpAutomation & Controls Engineer project management, automation integration, electrical controls build and design, technical writing, manufacturing process, and application engineeringTroubleshoot and upgrade existing pipeline station and substations electrical and control systems, including Safety SystemsDesign and develop complex electrical systems and electronic components and productsPerform point configuration and graphics buildingProvide extensive support for continuous improvement initiatives targeting to improve throughput and/or reduce costsSalary: Market Related (dependent on years of experience and current earnings) + Discretionary Annual Performance Bonus.
