To oversee and manage all aspects of the Marketing of the Small Volume Parenteral (SVP) portfolio to ensure Organisational commercial objectives are achieved.
Qualifications & Experience: Medical and/or Sciences degree3 years as a Marketing Manager (Essential)Must have experience in (SVP) Small Volume Parenteral Generic Pharmaceutical (Essential)Product launch experience (Essential)Overview of Duties (not limited to): Implementation of division marketing strategiesAnalysis of regional sales, competitor and market share data, develop strategies and action plans to maximise sales potentialIQVIA/IMS Data intermediate/super user, understanding, interpretationManagement of resources i.e. budget, stock, time, systems, sales toolsTo develop and sustain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in order to ensure continuous brand loyalty and advocacyDevelop customer proposal/presentation for communication and implementationIn-depth understanding of regional and national trends and customer dynamicsProactive actions to prevent potential threats to business resultsUnderstand customer practices and prescribing habitsRespond to customer requests and resolve regional issues timeouslyCoach and develop the sales representativesFrequent customer visits with and without product specialistsAnalysis and monthly reporting on team performanceMonitor and develop action plans to correct underperformanceManage field force effectiveness measureClosing Date: 31 October 2024
