Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement targeted marketing and sales strategies for corporate clients.Drive the development and enhancement of products and services tailored to the corporate sector.Manage and strengthen existing relationships while cultivating new ones.Oversee credit risk frameworks and implement effective risk management practices.Create customer management strategies focused on insight-driven marketing.Manage cost-effective liabilities and meet financial growth targets.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Master's Degree preferred).Professional certification in a relevant field is advantageous.Minimum of 5 years banking experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership role within the corporate sector.Proficiency in English.Namibian citizenship or permanent residency required.Skills & Abilities:
Strong product knowledge and understanding of the public sector market.Exceptional relationship management and customer service skills.Skilled in marketing, negotiation, and presentation.Strategic thinker with strong oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.How to Apply:
