Key Duties & Responsibilities:Develop and implement risk, capital, and liquidity management frameworks.Advise on regulatory capital requirements, balance sheet management, and financial resources optimization.Lead high-impact projects involving stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk appetite strategies.Engage with senior stakeholders to present tailored risk management solutions.Mentor junior team members and guide the execution of complex tasks under tight deadlines.Participate in business development initiatives, helping to shape innovative solutions for clients. Qualifications:4+ years' experience in banking risk management or financial resources management.Post-graduate qualification in Risk, Finance, or Quantitative fields (CFA, FRM, PRMIA, FIA/FASSA preferred).Strong knowledge of prudential regulations (Basel, ALM, liquidity, capital).Proven ability to manage projects and present ideas to senior stakeholders.Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building client relationships.
