Your role:In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary client contact for all insight projects, responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional results. As such consistent delivery of high quality output to grow account is important; as is the design, analysis and interpretation of data to best meet the client's objectives. The individual must possess significant qualitative market research experience, ability to work independently as well as in a team and previous experience in consumer based qualitative research is essential.
Key responsibilities:As Qualitative Research Associate Director, your key responsibilities will include:
Deliver a range of complex qualitative projects from start to end, including thinking out of the box for creative research solutions throughout the project cycleWrite persuasive research proposals - propose and justify methodology and costKey tasks: client briefs; proposal writing; project design and implementation; writing insightful qualitative reportsPreparation of presentations to a high standard requiring little or no input from senior managementAbility to present findings to clients at a high level with strategic recommendationsDeliver exceptional value to client and deepen client account relationsWhat we are looking for:Qualifications and technical skills required Education: Candidates should be educated to degree level with a minimum of 2:1 or equivalent.Experience: Demonstrable qualitative market research experience is required, preferably working with a major FMCG brand or providing research services to major brands at a top research agency.Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar qualitative Director role is essential.Digital Research: Previous experience in digital research is highly advantageous.Marketing Knowledge: A good appreciation and understanding of marketing and client issues are necessary.Motivation: We value self-motivated individuals.Teamwork: Candidates should possess the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team.Industry Specific: Previous experience working with FMCG companies.Excellent communication skills, both written and spokenAble to build relationships across departments, suppliers and clientsAbility to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlinesExcellent qualitative interpretation and analytical skillsAbility to confidently present qualitative results to high level clientsWhat's in it for you:Be a part of an extremely fast growing technology startup transforming the way brands and organisations collaborate with their audience.
