Non- negotiable and beneficial qualifications and experience required:REQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION A relevant Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering, Management Information systems, Mathematics or equivalent field.DESIRED EDUCATION Automation certification (UiPath)REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE At least 3-5 years' experience with software development life cycle and RPA technologies (preferably UiPath) that included process reengineering and business process analysisDESIRED EXPERIENCE At least 2 years' experience in complex RPA and related automation development.At least 2 to 4 years' of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, Java Script, .Net and application developmentRequired Job skills and knowledgeArchitecting and developing workflow based solutions or functionalityComfortable interacting with and influencing business stakeholders and external clientsDatabase query languagesObject oriented programming languages and scriptingProcess reengineering and business process analysisProject and Change Management involving IT and UAT managementRPA Software (e.g. BluePrism, UiPath, WorkFusion)Strong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWeb development technologies preferentialWillingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologiesDuties and responsibilities:To create, design, develop and implement RPA solutions aimed at maximising efficiencies for business in line with the overall company digital transformation strategy.
