Key Responsibilities Structural Engineering work: Site inspections, design, checking, and remedials.Mentorship to graduate engineers.Facilitate CPD training courses.Travel to sites in Southern Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa; must be fit to climb into roofs for assessments.Relevant Qualifications and Experience Required PR Eng. Structural Engineer.3+ years in a structural design environment in the building industry.Roofing experience is a plus, or previous involvement in projects utilizing gang nail or ultra span trusses.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.Experience in influencing and negotiating with diverse stakeholders at all levels in an organization to maximize business impact.Must reside in Western Cape or be willing to relocate.
