Pest Control Officer (Sedgefield)
A reputable Pest Control Company in Sedgefield is seeking a friendly, self-motivated candidate to join their company. The ideal candidate must reside in the Sedgefield area.
The role:
Provide quality pest control service to clients in the area suitable to the client's expectations.
Requirements: Age requirement: 18 to 35 yearsProficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Afrikaans is an advantage.Maintain a professional attitude and respect customers' property.Presentable appearance, willing to wear provided attire and personal protective equipment.Must be in good physical health, capable of entering roof spaces, and performing all pest control duties.Prior pest control experience is advantageous, but training will be provided.Willingness to perform manual labour.Must exhibit honesty and trustworthiness.Promptly report any breakages, damage, or mistakes.Must have a customer-focused approach.Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions, with strong attention to detail.Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently and efficiently without constant supervision.Valid driver's license required.Willingness to learn, understand, create quotes, schedule appointments, show urgency, and solve problems.Complete necessary documentation for clients and office after service completion.Retaining existing clients is a top priority.Must be flexible and adaptable.
