Minimum Requirements: Grade 12, with relevant degree/diploma (Sales & Marketing preferable) Selling Skills Programmes advantageous Minimum 4 years sales experience in Transport/Logistics Services Advanced understanding of Excel & PowerPoint Strong Consultative selling Skills Analytical skills People oriented, highly motivated and have a friendly attitude Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required MS Office proficiency Networking Ability Ability to prepare and deliver presentations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong listening, oral and written communication skills Knowledge of advertising and sales techniques Maintaining a professional appearance at all times and portraying a positive company image Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle Willingness to travel Responsibilities: Sell company services and products to current and potential clients Complete understanding of pricing Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made Follow up on new leads and referrals Identify sales prospects and contact these potential clients Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships Prepare a variety of status reports, including sales activities, follow-ups, and current sales to target reports Communicate new service opportunities, information, special developments, or feedback gathered through client visits, to appropriate company staff Communicate new company services offered and changes in structure, or pricing with customers Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values Identify and resolve client concerns Meet targets set by Branch Manager/Sales Manager/GM Sales
