Job brief We seek a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our clients growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from inception to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgetsLead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilitiesManage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectivelyIdentify and mitigate project risks and issuesEnsure adherence to project quality standards and best practicesUtilize Agile methodologies for project deliveryPrepare and present project reports and documentationRequirements COMPLETED bachelor's degree, preferably in project management, business, engineering, or ITProject Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications5+ years of experience in IT project managementStrong project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) experienceProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team
