Role Overview : As an Institutional Support, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to institutional clients. Your primary focus will be managing client inquiries, resolving technical issues, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring clients have a seamless experience using the company's platform. This role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities : Client Support : Serve as the first point of contact for institutional clients, managing inquiries and providing timely solutions.Technical Troubleshooting : Assist clients with technical issues related to the platform, ensuring smooth functionality and integration.Onboarding & Training : Help onboard new clients, guiding them through setup and providing training to ensure they maximize platform usage.Issue Resolution : Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams, following up to ensure prompt resolution.Client Monitoring : Proactively monitor client accounts and identify potential issues to address before they become problems.Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to ensure client needs are met.Compliance Support : Provide clients with guidance on compliance and regulatory requirements related to the platform.Key Requirements : Education : A BCom degree or equivalent is required.Skills :Strong technical troubleshooting abilities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Attention to detail.Please send your CV to ****** if you are interested.
