Job Title : Injection Moulding Maintenance and Engineering Technician / Manager

Salary : R45,000 - R55,000 per month Company Overview : We are a leading Plastic Injection Moulding company, known for our commitment to quality and innovation. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Engineering Technician / Manager with extensive experience in injection moulding to join our team.
Key Responsibilities : Perform and supervise mould repairs, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.Conduct mechanical repairs and fitting of parts, including turning and milling operations.Liaise with suppliers and technicians internationally to ensure seamless operations.Manage a team of 5 setters and 4 artisans, providing guidance and support.Engage in mould design and collaborate with suppliers and mould makers overseas.Provide technical specifications and advice to support production processes.Travel to China for mould testing and quality assurance.Qualifications and Experience : Trade Tested in a relevant field.Proven hands-on experience in Injection Moulding, with expertise in working with large moulds.Strong mechanical skills and experience with turning and milling.Excellent communication skills for interacting with suppliers and international technicians.Experience in managing a team and overseeing complex projects.Willingness to travel internationally as required.Preferred Skills : Knowledge of the latest injection moulding technologies and practices.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
