Job Responsibilities:Ensure compliance of standardized IS solutions across sitesInstallation of new workstationsDeployment & Maintenance of applicationsManagement of IT Infrastructure (Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, Network...)Provide Technical Support to End-Users in collaboration with the Regional IS TeamMonitor all ongoing projects handled by the regional IS team and ensure they are successfully implemented at the site levelContribute towards improving the IS services delivered to the business by collaborating with the regional IS teamEnsures the security measures related to information systems are applied within his/her perimeterParticipates in annual budget reviews related to the domain he/she managesIdentifies training needs for the region's IS staff and develop plans to address themRaises awareness among the staff regarding the importance of using computers, software and other office equipment in a safe manner Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience4-6 Years of experienceProject Management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong Leadership SkillsHighly developed interpersonal and communications skillsProven experience in managing a helpdeskExperience in managing small teamsUnderstands regulatory requirements as it relates to managing dataAbility to multi-task and prioritize workloads Salary: Negotiable Monthly
