Key Responsibilities Debtors Management: Invoicing and debt collection. Preparing quotes for all prospective residents and services.Creditors Management: Processing and reconciling creditors.Stock Management: Ordering stock, ensuring stock is invoiced, and controlling stock levels. Ensuring consumables are used as prescribed.Housekeeping Staff Management: Overseeing staff management and ensuring the facility is well-maintained and hygienic at all times. Preparing work schedules.Facility Manager Assistance: Ensuring all contracts are in place and assisting the facility manager with events and activities for residents.Requirements: Previous experience in Sage Accounting or Pastel is advantageous.Experience in debt collection.Management of staff.Proficiency in Excel.If you are a highly motivated individual with a background in the medical industry and a passion for making a difference in the healthcare sector, we would love to hear from you.
