Purpose of Role:Strategically lead the onboarding and data management processes for partner catalogues on the Mr D platform, ensuring the integration of AI and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee the development and implementation of advanced data listing and optimization strategies to enhance partner visibility and performance.
This role reports to the Restaurant Marketplace Manager at Mr D.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:Strategically lead the onboarding and data management processes for partner catalogues on the Mr D platform.Oversee the development and implementation of advanced data listing and optimization strategies.Manage and expand the data capturing team, ensuring high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.Drive collaboration between product, restaurant, and technical teams to develop innovative tools and processes.Partner with the Sales and Key Account Management teams for a seamless onboarding experience.Establish and maintain industry-leading practices for restaurant listings.Spearhead initiatives to identify upselling opportunities within partner catalogues.Ensure continuous liaison with partners and Account Managers.Analyse and report on the effectiveness of onboarding and data management strategies.Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level restaurant partner listing queries.Incorporate AI to optimise all facets of partner data management and onboarding.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.Skills & Attributes Required:Accuracy and attention to detail in a high-pressure environment.Advanced ability to use logic to arrive at conclusions.A self-guided learner with a keen interest in data quality.Ability to convert abstract catalogue information into easy-to-understand information.Strong excel skills and knowledge of Kanban workflows.Experience leading projects throughout their lifecycle.Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's Degree / Advanced Diploma in business administration.A minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in catalogue or project management, with at least 2 years leading small/medium-sized teams.If you meet the above, you are an Extraordinary Mind.
