Job Description This senior position will report to the Chief Product & Marketing Officer and be a member of the monthly Executive Committee. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, results-oriented leader, focused on driving growth in an important and expanding channel for the business. The primary responsibility is to enhance Sales and ensure that our digital customers enjoy exceptional experiences at every touchpoint, with the aim of integrating this channel into physical stores to revolutionize the retail experience for our client.
Key Responsibilities: Develop a Digital Sales strategy for our online commercial presence (the client website and e-commerce partnerships) to foster long-term business growth and showcase our client and their diverse product range.Propel growth in Digital Channels (website and e-commerce partnerships) to meet business KPIs, while clearly articulating the necessary support in terms of People, Processes, and Technology.Establish and achieve KPIs for the Digital Sales team, focusing on Sales, Conversion, Customer Growth (both Existing and New customers), and ROI.Identify and promote strategic partnerships and channels for global e-commerce.Enhance share of wallet for existing customers through targeted strategies aimed at encouraging repurchase.Manage and grow the sales pipeline effectively.Monitor conversion analytics and recommend enhancements to optimize advertising investment.Develop a Digital Marketing strategy for our online commercial presence in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.Structure and implement strategic marketing campaigns for the client website, e-commerce partnerships, and social media to achieve business KPIs, while defining the support required in terms of People, Process, and Technology.Set and meet KPIs for the Digital Marketing team, including impressions, leads, conversions, and metrics related to Communications, PR, Advertising, Paid Marketing, and Social Media.Identify and assess new digital technologies, utilizing web analytics tools to evaluate site traffic for optimizing marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and both display and search advertising.Play a significant role in boosting brand awareness in the digital sphere.Provide training to internal teams on digital technologies.Oversee the ongoing development of the client website, managing a team, following the guidance from CP&MO, which includes a technical development lead, UX/UI designer, and backend developer (SEO Lead in a supporting role to Marketing).Establish Quarterly and Annual KPIs for the Digital team.Mentor and coach staff to recognize training needs and enhance overall skill levels, ensuring personal development plans are in place to address growth needs and career goals.Implement the employee engagement strategy to motivate employees effectively and minimize annual attrition rates.Ensure that the departmental infrastructure is adequate and appropriate to meet KPIs and achieve optimal operational efficiency.Conduct reporting and other related duties as assigned by CP&MO, generating timely, accurate, and concise monthly reports covering all key Digital Sales and Marketing metrics.Provide effective weekly updates during sales meetings.Participate in relevant stakeholder meetings and Executive Committee meetings as necessary.Ensure data integrity.Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a Digital Lead, including at least 3 years in team or senior management roles.Strong e-commerce and digital expertise.Solid UI/UX experience, demonstrating a broad understanding or engagement, even if not through direct experience.Extensive experience with online marketing tools and web-based technologies.Proven ability to drive strategy and influence Executive Committee decision-making.Education: Matriculation. BSc degree in Digital Technologies or a relevant business field.
