My client from a Commercial Company is seeking a Group Export Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:Manage goods exported - DG and non-DG.Handle exports via sea and air freight.Keep comprehensive records of all import and export transactions, including shipping documents, licenses, and compliance documentation for audit purposes.Allocate/reserve stock for orders and process shipments in accordance with the SOP.Collaborate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to arrange transportation.Prepare and review export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs declarations, ISF, EUR1, and Organic certification compliance/inspection (NOP) and Form A.Stay informed about changes in international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements to ensure compliance and adapt to export processes accordingly.Ensure compliance with DG and IATA rules and regulations.Minimum Requirements:Diploma in international trade, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Proof Required.Proven experience (min 2-3 years) in export operations, preferably in a similar role.Knowledge of Incoterms, tariff classification, and customs valuation methodologies.Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-party logistics providers.Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.2-3 years experience in ocean and air exports.Dangerous goods knowledge preferred.DG CAT 6 training/certification a plus.Pastel Evolution experience preferred but not required.
