Job Description: The DMS Solution Expert is responsible for supporting the Senior IT Manager in coordinating and managing Autoline for the accuracy of various processes. This role involves creating and submitting analytical reports for process improvement and implementation.
Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Aftersales stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical expertise on DMS capabilities.Customize and configure DMS platforms to optimize document storage, retrieval, and security for financial data.Develop and maintain workflows within the DMS to streamline document processes, including version control and audit trails.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to document management and data security.Create user manuals and provide training to concerned employees on DMS functionalities and best practices.Monitor system performance and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted DMS operation.Troubleshoot DMS platform issues across all automotive divisions.Evaluate and recommend enhancements to DMS platforms based on evolving business needs and technological advancements.Perform daily health checks for the Autoline system.Support users with problems and queries related to the Keyloop Autoline application software.Accurately resolve problems using investigative and analytical skills.Identify and replicate problems that require a software change by Keyloop Development.Proactively take ownership of all calls in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.Manage, prioritize, and progress calls using the call logging system and ensure regular updates.Assist, train, and support less experienced team members with their calls using appropriate tools.Constantly report on sensitive issues to the IT Manager and Senior Support staff as needed.Handle complaints and call escalation requests from users.Implement and administer all modules of the database and new products of Autoline.Implement new products aligned with the DMS functionality.Recommended Education: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in computer science, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.Or equivalent studies and proven certificates.Recommended Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, preferably with exposure to Keyloop / Autoline support.Experience with integrating DMS with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Sales, Finance).Recommended Skills, Competence & Abilities: Problem Solving & Result Orientation.Customer Orientation.Teamwork & People Management.Process Excellence & Quality Focus.Automotive OEM Products & Services.Basic Leadership & Management Skills.Project Management.Updated with Keyloop products, Manufacturer's Policies & Procedures.Logical Diagnostics Skills.Technical Report Writing Skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Application Skills and Operational knowledge relevant to the domain (Finance, Sales, CRM, etc.).Accounts Analysts must have a good general knowledge of accounting principles to trial balance level.Proven track record of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting respective systems.Exceptional knowledge of networking technologies (OSI network layers, TCP / IP).
