CORE PURPOSE OF JOB Provide effective leadership and active oversight of the strategic and managerial functions in the Department of Student Governance and Development in pursuit of holistic student life and development.

Relevant Honours Degree or equivalentAt least 6-10 years relevant and/or working experience in which competency was gained within a Public or Development sectorAt least 6 years experience in Middle/Senior managementA possession of a Master's Degree as well as knowledge of, and experience in higher education will be an added advantageNelson Mandela University reserves the right not to make an appointment.
