In this role, you will ensure financial transactions are processed accurately and on time for month-end management accounts. Responsibilities include:
Reconciling accounts at month-endPreparing accurate payments for timely processingHandling queries and disputes effectivelyCollaborating with other departmentsMaintaining supplier master dataProviding data to auditorsAdhering to audit deadlinesEnsuring compliance with BEE data capturing requirementsSupporting team members and contributing to the smooth running of financial operationsThe ideal candidate should possess:
A Grade 12 qualification with Accounting as a subjectA post-school Certificate/Diploma in Accounting3-4 years of relevant experienceProficiency in MS OfficeExperience with SYSPRO (advantageous)Key attributes include:
