7+ years experience with BU leadership managing 30 people.
Strong P&L management experience, including disposables, equipment & consignment.
International experience and cross-border roles.
Demonstrated skill in delivering on all aspects of a P&L (sales, operating expenses, net income).
Business and financial acumen, as well as a strategic mindset as evidenced by leading organizations to achieve results in challenging, complex business environments (not just growing markets).
Strong customer/external orientation with experience working directly with governmental and other external agencies to influence healthcare policy and develop value-generating solutions.

Responsibilities: Deliver on business objectives through the development of a winning plan for the Company Business Unit.
Implementation of Company strategies and translating them into specific local business objectives.
Plan country sales targets and phasing, ensure sales targets are delivered and follow up on progress.
Building and driving a strong and consistent marketing strategy for key products based on the agreed roadmap.
Focus on creating strong marketing plans followed by execution.
Lead new product launches/marketing programs and drive execution aligned with marketing plan and EMEA strategy.
Ensuring effective communication of business strategies and tactics to the relevant sales team.
