Second Line Support Engineer - Hybrid / Remote
About the Job Uptime provides white label Staff Augmentation, IT Support, and NOC services to MSPs, enabling them to extend the services they can offer their customers. This role involves working with a leading US-based MSP.
Training and development are in our core values.
Responsibilities: Providing 2nd Line support to a large client base (SME). Being able to act as a skilled point of escalation from L1 is key. An MSP background is preferred.
Skills: MS Windows Server: 2012, 2016, 2019.Microsoft 365.Azure & Azure AD.MS Exchange 2010 and above.Remote Desktop Server implementations.Networking - VLANs, Routers / Bridging.Security - Firewalls such as SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco.Endpoint protection, AV.Security best practices.Virtualisation – Hyper V & VMware.Backups.Producing clear process documentation.What can Uptime offer you?
