1. Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.Provide user support for common IT problems and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.Assist with setup and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.2. System and Network Maintenance: Monitor system performance and report potential issues.Perform routine updates, backups, and security checks.Assist in configuring and maintaining network infrastructure.3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of IT assets, issues, and resolutions.Document procedures for common tasks to assist other team members or users.Prepare basic reports on system performance or IT incidents.4. Training and Communication: Assist in conducting training sessions for staff on new software or hardware.Communicate effectively with team members to provide clear instructions or updates.5.
