Financial Systems Specialist

Duties:Assist in the configuration and customization of the Baan/ CSI ERP system to meet the specific financial requirements of the organization.Collaborate with finance team to ensure seamless integration of financial processes within the ERP system.Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and functionality.Provide training and support to staff on the use of the Baan/ CSI ERP system and its financial modules.Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.Document processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference Qualifications & skills:Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or information systems are preferred.Proven experience as a Financial Systems Specialist or in a similar role, preferably with expertise in Baan ERP systems.Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
