This role requires expertise in financial reporting and analysis, with a willingness to travel across Africa.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.
Consolidation: Manage financial consolidation processes across multiple operations.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting meets legal and regulatory requirements.
Data Analysis: Provide actionable insights from financial data to support decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CA preferred).
7+ years of experience in financial reporting, preferably within the mining sector.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial consolidation.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools.
