The Financial Reporting Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officer and oversee all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting. This position is crucial in maintaining the companys financial health and supporting strategic objectives through effective financial leadership. Responsibilities: 1. Financial Reporting & Strategy Prepare financial models and reports for CFO, CEO, and Board use. Develop and present key financial metrics and revenue breakdowns. Drive IFRS compliance and ensure processes align with changing standards. 2. Cash Flow & Budgeting Manage monthly and annual cash flow forecasts and monitor risks. Prepare and consolidate group-wide budgets, including Capex and sales forecasts. Align forecasts with business units and provide actionable insights. 3. Compliance & Audit Management Oversee tax compliance and liaise with SARS on queries. Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure smooth audits. Maintain compliance with the Companies Act and corporate governance requirements. 4. Asset Management & ERP Systems Manage fixed assets and ensure accurate depreciation and reporting. Provide ERP system expertise (Business Central) and ensure efficient year-end rollovers. 5. Leadership & Risk Management Lead and mentor the finance team to foster collaboration and growth. Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to governance policies. Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive management. Requirements: BCompt Degree with completed articles CIMA / SAICA/ SAIPA Qualified 3-5 Years in Similar role within medium to large organization Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
