Financial Reporting Manager

A prominent organization is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to oversee the preparation and distribution of consolidated financial statements and management accounts. In collaboration with the Finance Manager, you will ensure all reports, filing, and documentation meet the company's regulations and professional standards. This role is integral to maintaining the financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making within the business.Other duties include:Leading and managing the group financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.Reconciling and reviewing all consolidated Income Statement and Balance Sheet accounts.Preparing consolidated financial and management reports, including detailed variance analysis.Providing insights and analysis to support business performance and strategic decision-making.Preparing consolidated company budgets and forecasts with detailed variance analysis.Assisting with the Integrated Annual Report and collation of company information.Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of financial reporting systems and processes.Education:Completed BCom DegreeJob Experience & Skills Required:5 to 6 years of Accounting experience to Trial Balance.Strong consolidation skills with an excellent understanding of RSA Financial Statutory and Tax requirements.Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.A results-oriented, precise, and methodical approach to work, with the ability to see both the big picture and the details.
