FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER HIRT & CARTER

CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible to lead and manage the financial reporting function for the organization, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of all financial statements and reporting processes.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Prepare financial modelling for any requirements for the Executive Team and Board
Prepare and review monthly and annual cashflow including budgets and forecasts for the purposes of cash management for stakeholders
Prepare and review of month end reports such as cash flow, provisions, working capital and debt schedule reports
Ensure all company secretarial functions are performed for all group companies and compliance in terms of Company's Act
Prepare consolidated FAR report
Drive audit processes and recommend and implement best practice guidelines emanating from any audit findings
Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment of the budgeting process across the Group
Ensure all companies compliance to IFRS standards
Provide accurate and timeous reports to management as and when required

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

CA with at least 3 to 5 years' post articles experience in a similar role with a medium to large organisation with experience in financial analysis and business processes reporting and documenting
Broad understanding of business processes and controls
Experience with project management methodologies
Strong accounting knowledge and experience
Sound knowledge of IFRS
Regulatory and compliance awareness
